What if I use all of the included usage on a subscription?
You can add paid credits to keep using Amp until your subscription usage replenishes at the end of each monthly period.
Can I use an Amp subscription in a team workspace?
Yes. You can start a subscription on your own, and your workspace will pay for it. Workspace admins can also start subscriptions for their members (from the workspace members list). There's no way yet to automatically start a new subscription for each member of a workspace.
How much agent usage is included in the subscription plans?
We give at least the subscription cost per month in agent usage. Depending on your usage patterns, you may get extra usage.
Why are the limits so generous?
We want everyone to join us living life with parallel agents running in orbs at all times. For your monthly subscription price, you get at least that much usage of the agent with tokens from frontier models, a ridiculous amount of orb usage so you don't need to count the minutes, and unlimited usage of your other linked AI subscriptions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time in your user settings, and your subscription will not renew. You can keep using it for the rest of the monthly period. If you want a refund of your current month minus any actual usage costs you have incurred, email us.
Are there any restrictions on how I can use my subscription?
Each human can have at most two subscriptions. You can't directly resell the resource quotas from your subscription. The orbs are intended for use with Amp and are not to be used in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
