AI has been able to generate music for a while, but there’s been nothing like suno.ai v3 released before. It can generate 2-minute songs with text, vocals and instruments, and it’s not obviously AI-generated.
An old meme described how each musical genre would talk about a flower, so I asked Suno.ai to do the same. I kept the prompts very simple, e.g. “Pop song about a flower”. Suno.ai adds some prompting on their own, as their description of each song had more specific details.
Some of the songs seem to be a little too into the flowers; it’s not always clear if it’s a metaphor…
