Xbox 360 Controller Input Constraints Bypassed Using TI-84+ SE

You may remember Brandon "BrandonW" Wilson from such software releases as PS3JB and Free83P. In his latest bit of jaw-dropping work, Brandon Wilson has released Salamax, a utility that bypasses certain features of the Xbox 360 USB handshaking protocol that has traditionally prevented the employment of various modes of input. This news has been spreading like wildfire, and the prospect of controlling your Xbox 360 via any number of other gamepads and input devices is certainly exciting. Even more exciting to the learning developer, the author has been generous enough to release the source code with his project; this is always a warmly welcomed contribution. As with PS3JB, a TI-84+ SE with a USB silverlink cable is required to enjoy this impressive release. The only improvement needed is the ability to control the Xbox 360 with your calculator, as we can all agree on the superior ergonomics of the TI-84+ SE to the Xbox 360 controller.

Congratulations to Brandon on his continued successes getting hardware to do nifty things. I was very impressed with this when he announced it on Cemetech, so I'm happy to see his achievements continuing to make it to our favorite community hub. :)
