2026 NFL Win Totals: Odds for All 32 Teams & Best Bets

With the start of the 2026 NFL season fast approaching, it is time to look at the win total odds for all 32 NFL teams.

Below, we break down the current NFL Team win totals, odds, and best bets.

2026 NFL Team Win Totals & Odds

Best 2026 NFL Win Total Bets

  • Chicago Bears Under 9.5 Wins (-120)
  • Tennessee Titans Under 6.5 Wins (-120)

Best Bet: Chicago Bears Under 9.5 Wins

The Chicago Bears could only play the schedule they were given last year, and they beat the teams they lined up against.

Still, Chicago played the ninth-easiest strength of schedule in 2025 and will play the seventh-hardest strength of schedule in 2026.

The Bears went 7-1 in eight games against teams with a losing record and 8-4 in 12 games against non-playoff teams last season.

They played the second-fewest games against teams that reached the postseason, going 3-2 in those five games.

Chicago also had a knack for digging itself out of holes last year, which is a tough life to lead.

The Bears trailed in 10 games at the half.

The Panthers, with a losing record, were the only playoff team that trailed at halftime in more games than the Bears in 2025.

Despite going into the locker room down at the half 10 times last year, the Bears clawed back to win five times in those games, tied with the Broncos for the most wins in games trailing at halftime.

The Bears were one of only five teams with a .500 record or better in games they trailed at halftime.

The league average last year was .238.

Another area of concern for Chicago’s 2026 outlook is its defense.

The Bears were 29th in yards allowed per play (6.0), 20th in points allowed per drive (2.22), tied for 22nd in defensive points allowed per game (23.6), and 29th in pressure rate.

Chicago’s defense worked around its shortcomings in 2025 by forcing the most turnovers (33).

The Sharp Football Analysis staff isn’t a fan of the defensive personnel for the Bears, ranking their front seven 30th and their secondary 17th.

The secondary ranking was tallied before key free-agent addition Coby Bryant suffered a significant knee injury in early August that required surgery, which will sideline him for four to six months.

Ben Johnson’s offensive wizardry was on display last year, guiding Chicago’s offense to ninth in yards per play (5.7), 11th in points per drive (2.33), and ninth in points per game (25.9).

He also righted the ship for Caleb Williams after a disaster rookie campaign.

Nevertheless, Williams’ penchant for exciting comebacks and flashy, out-of-structure plays overshadowed rather pedestrian numbers.

Among 33 qualified quarterbacks last year, Williams was tied for 15th in expected points added (EPA) per play, 22nd in success rate, and 33rd in off-target throw rate.

Williams was at his best avoiding negatives, ranking second in interception rate, fourth in sack rate, and third in sacks per pressure rate.

Mistake aversion is great, but any regression to his interceptions or sack rate could be disastrous if he doesn’t clean up his accuracy.

Williams can continue to progress in his third professional season, but Chicago’s defense is unlikely to do him any favors.

Add in the increased difficulty of this year's schedule, and falling short of 9.5 wins appears likely.

Best Bet: Tennessee Titans Under 6.5 Wins

Things went so poorly for the Tennessee Titans in 2025 that they canned Brian Callahan after a 1-5 start and replaced him with Mike McCoy as interim head coach.

The team finished the year with a 3-14 record.

The organization tabbed Robert Saleh as head coach, Brian Daboll as offensive coordinator, and Gus Bradley as defensive coordinator in the offseason.

They’ll have their work cut out for them this season.

Both sides of the ball were putrid in 2025.

Tennessee’s offense was tied for 29th in yards per play (4.4), 30th in points per drive (1.44), 30th in points per game (16.7), 30th in EPA per play, and 30th in success rate.

The offensive line was problematic, ranking 22nd in pressured rate allowed.

In addition, per ESPN’s win-rate metrics, the Titans were 16th in pass-block win rate and 26th in run-block win rate.

Cam Ward was also a stone-cold disaster.

Among 33 qualified quarterbacks in 2025, Ward was 33rd in EPA per play, 33rd in success rate, 30th in sack rate, 31st in sacks per pressure rate, 33rd in yards per pass attempt (5.9), and 33rd in touchdown rate.

The offensive line wasn’t entirely to blame for the rookie’s putrid passing numbers, either.

Ward ranked 31st among qualified quarterbacks in EPA in a clean pocket.

The Titans justifiably invested in Ward’s weaponry, drafting Carnell Tate and adding Daboll-favorite Wan’Dale Robinson.

Nonetheless, their wide receivers rank 27th in our staff rankings, and the aforementioned offensive line, after modest investments, ranks 30th.

The defense deserves scrutiny, too.

The Titans were tied for 26th in yards allowed per play (5.8), 28th in points allowed per drive (2.45), and 29th in defensive points allowed per game (26.5).

Saleh has had his fingerprints on the overhaul of the defense, swapping T'Vondre Sweat for Jermaine Johnson, adding John Franklin-Myers, Alontae Taylor, and Cor'Dale Flott in free agency, and drafting Keldric Faulk and Anthony Hill Jr.

The defense should make strides this year, as Saleh has enjoyed success on that side of the ball.

Saleh's overall impact on the team might not be a net positive, though.

The Jets were 30th in fourth-down decision EPA during Saleh's three full seasons (2021-2023) as the team's head coach.

They weren't a disciplined group, either, ranking dead last in penalty margin.

The coaching staff can be better than last year's, with improvements from Ward and the defense, and they can still fall short of 6.5 wins after winning only three games last year.
