    Police are hunting for a man who absconded from prison while serving a 23-year sentence for attempted murder. Kieran Cameron, 43, was reported missing from HMP Thorn Cross, an open prison in Warrington, Cheshire, at 9.20pm on Tuesday, police said. Cameron was jailed for attempted murder in Dorset in 2016.
