Detectives hunting man over Primrose Hill stabbing murder offer £20k reward
Detectives have offered a £20,000 reward for information leading them to a man they want to arrest over the murder of Finbar Sullivan. Officers are appealing directly to Jordan Asije, 22, or anyone who has information about his whereabouts, to come forward. Mr Sullivan, a 21-year-old student filmmaker, was allegedly kicked, punched and fatally stabbed in the early evening on Tuesday, 7 April at the Primrose Hill viewpoint in north London.

Two more men charged with plotting to murder £54m Securitas robber Paul Allen
Sean Skinner, 47, and Neil Williamson, 35, have been remanded in custody after being charged with conspiracy to murder former cage fighter Paul Allen, 48. Allen was a member of the Securitas heist gang that stole £54m from a cash depot in Tonbridge, Kent, in 2006. Allen fled to Morocco with his friend and heist mastermind Lee Murray, another former cage fighter, before being extradited back to the UK and sentenced to 18 years in prison.
Britons can expect another day of heat but rain is forecast
Britons are set for another day of heat following record-breaking temperatures, but rain is forecast in parts of the UK. The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has amber heat health alerts in place for the East Midlands, east of England, South East and London until Wednesday morning. It comes after another record was broken on Monday when the temperature reached 33.5C in Wisley in Surrey, marking the 20th day of 2026 when 32C or higher was recorded in the UK, exceeding the previous record of 19 days set in 1995, the Met Office said.
