Rival Systems Adds Basket Trading to Rival One Platform Rival Systems is upgrading execution workflows with new basket trading tools inside Rival One, letting trading desks manage and execute multiple orders across equities, futures, and options in a single flow. Instead of handling trades one by one, desks can upload, adjust, and launch entire baskets at once — cutting down time and manual friction. The key improvement is coordination. Strategies that depend on timing across multiple instruments can now be executed simultaneously, while built-in spread order support reduces leg risk by sending multi-leg trades as a single instruction to brokers. That matters for relative value and hedging strategies where execution gaps can impact performance. CEO Rob D’Arco is positioning this as a move toward simpler, more controlled execution.
