I would very much appreciate if you could give some information about bringing full Google Play to more countries.

There should be a redesign of the Desktop/Web Playstore too. The user interfaces should match, so that the user only need to learn it once.

My phone doesn't seem ready for this. Says "may harm phone" VSGSIII.
How to update it.? My mobile do not have update option.
