We are continuing to receive premium processing receipt email notifications for those selected in premium processing for both Advanced Degree cap (masters cap) and non-AD from both Vermont Service Center and California Service Center.
- If you are looking for information regarding when you can expect your receipt notice based on the type of petition you filed, check out my free timeline at: http://immigrationgirl.com/lottery/

- If you were notified by your employer or attorney that an email notification has been received, that means your petition was selected in the lottery. USCIS only sends notifications to those that were selected.
- We have started seeing filing fee checks cashed in the bank. If yours was not cashed, that doesn’t mean you weren’t selected. The timing of the check cashing versus the email notifications is very inconsistent.
- Receipts are starting to show up in SEVIS now as well, check with your DSO for updates.
- I still expect more premium processing receipts to come in. Premium processing receipts could continue all the way through May 16th.
- Regular processing receipts come in snail mail and will likely start arriving next week.
