I am an accomplished Product Design Leader passionate about building and leading successful teams. I have a proven track record of achieving high-performance outcomes. Over the last 4+ years, I have established and nurtured a team from scratch for Talkdesk, a leading customer experience solutions provider. I am currently leading a team of talented Product Designers, UX researchers, and ResearchOps, driving impactful design strategies and ensuring exceptional user experiences.

With over ten years of focused expertise in developing AI (Artificial Intelligence) products, I bring a deep understanding of the intersection between technology and user-centered design.
