About Embedly
Focused infrastructure for richer content
Embedly helps developers and publishers turn URLs into responsive embeds, structured content, and optimized images through a small set of dependable APIs.
Built to make the web easier to integrate
Embedly began in Boston in 2010 with a practical idea: developers should not need to maintain custom code for every media provider on the web.
That work grew into the Embed, Extract, and Display APIs, along with Cards for browser-based publishing. Today, Embedly supports content from thousands of providers and continues to maintain the infrastructure customers use to work with media and links.
We operate as a focused product and infrastructure business. Our priority is straightforward: keep the services customers depend on reliable, useful, and easier to integrate.
