Twitter has been great as a business communication tool, and recently, we have found another good use for it…as a smart to-do list. It combines a few awesome features we want in a to-do list, and it has great apps for any platform you can think of.
First, create a twitter todo account where you follow only your teammates. Individually, the use case is pretty simple. You just tweet the things you need to do, and delete them as they get done.

For an improved use, you can use hashtags to organize to-dos. You can filter to-dos with hashtags and see only those from people you follow (your teammates), which makes it easy to see who’s doing what.

You can also assign more people on a to-do list, with notifications to boot.
