  • We have identified and fully detailed out the Top Findings from our research. We know what’s really important for the users.
  • Now, try rephrasing each Top Finding as a few “HOW MIGHT WE QUESTIONS” to turn those insights into opportunities for design.
  • Let’s spend only 5 minutes for each one to generate HMW questions.

  • Now, just like before we need to cluster these new post-its and give them a provisionary title in the form of a HMW.
