Show HN: I spent 3 years building the CRM I wanted to use

My wife and I tried HubSpot about three years ago while running our business. We quickly realised we were spending more time trying to fit our workflow into the CRM than actually getting work done.

The idea behind it is simple: the CRM should adapt to the business, not the other way around. most crms try to force people to work it a very specific way which kills productivity and the teams need to spend hours trying to learn the crm before getting any actual work done.

Every pipeline, object, workflow, form and process can be changed instead of being locked into one opinionated workflow. The goal was to make the CRM adapt to the business rather than forcing businesses to adapt to the CRM. If you want to dig deeper, look at Databins, Meta tags, Data sources in NinjaPipe ( cos I'd love to hear your thoughts on these and any other improvements I can make?)

I'm 100% bootstrapped and still work full-time as a software engineer, putting around 10% of my salary back into the business each month. I shipped the first version in November 2023, found a handful of early users willing to give honest feedback, and have been iterating ever since. Since then we've grown to more than 1,500 businesses, with much of that early traction coming from 3 AppSumo lifetime deal launches. Built a very active discord community around this so people can post bugs, requests, (roasts), and ideas so it can be community driven too.

Keen to hear your thoughts and anything I can do to improve this even more.
