Seems like US companies should stop misbehaving, huh ? You get away with that shit in the USA where corporations dictate (used advisedly) government policy and court outcomes, but not elsewhere...
Or is it that US companies are being punished in the UK, but UK companies are not being punished in the UK? Likely a little of both.
