Pocketpy: Portable Python 3.x interpreter written in C11

Why does this exist? Is something wrong with MicroPython? Even if it's somehow better, why is MicroPython not even mentioned in the github page? Why does the feature matrix not say anything about coroutines, async def syntax, etc? It does mention other stuff like the match/case statement.
