Identical quadruplets in 'one of the rarest births in the world'

A woman has given birth to identical quadruplet daughters in what doctors have described as one of the rarest births in the world.

The four babies were delivered by caesarean at 28 weeks and four days gestation last week

Not Artificial Insemination as far as I can see. A single fertilised egg split into 4 viable foetus.
