The lack of specifics here presumably implies that most reasonable people would disagree with this conclusion? (Betteridge's law)

    The first sentence: "Britain will ban children under 16 from using a range of social..."

    Emphasis on "using".

      From the eighth sentence:

      "The U.K. plans to follow the same model for a social media ban as Australia, which last year became the first country to bar under-16s from holding social media accounts."

      ...what counts as "using"? Is viewing a YouTube video considered "using"?
