Musk's xAI accused of illegally firing engineer who raised safety concerns

Something is not clear tho, if the staff (which is bound by an NDA and so-on) criminally breached it by saying this to the public, then xAI is in its right to fire, if it's only internally then that's messed-up, except if the staff actually attempted to "drag down" everyone with him too, sometimes we have employees that just attempt to cause a mess and just discredit the company internally or its management, which deserve firing.
