California issues state of emergency after toxic leak threatens 40k residents

This issue was averted and people are no longer being evacuated. [1] The Garden grove residents are questioning safety now. [2] They are however evacuating a different location due to illegal fireworks. [3] And there is a golf course on fire and it's not even summer.
