Ukraine now launches more long range strikes than it absorbs

How much of this is just due to geography? Ukraine is much smaller than Russia; 800 km, one of the distances cited, seems longer than the entire length of Ukraine; Russia can put its manufacturing facilities much farther from the border and Ukraine cannot. Depending on how you define "long range strikes", Russia has less need for them because its targets within Ukraine are within "close range" striking distance.

Interesting from a capabilities standpoint but cannot be used to infer anything about the war itself.

I’m pretty sure they mean “long range” as in “not short range”, meaning the type of FPV drones used in close-combat. So all drone strikes against buildings in non-front line territory would be “long range”.

Completely meaningless without comparing the magnitude of the strikes.

Did you read the article? They most certainly examine the magnitude and impact of the strikes. Russia has lost 40% of its oil production capacity for example, as well as air force coordination headquarters. Besides, pure quantity of weapons production is also a meaningful metric.
