so rule of law is fully cancelled now? what is next?

  • krapp 6 days ago

It's been cancelled for a while. For some reason Americans just refuse to admit it because they believe tyranny is existentially impossible in their country because the Second Amendment keeps it at bay the way the rock in my garden keeps away tigers. And yet here we are.

Queue the snarky riposte that the rule of law never existed and everything was always this bad and nothing ever happens. I wonder how we got here.

Corruptible treacherous hearts, apathetic dejection, a culture of sweet lies with no appetite for bitter truths.

America forgot what made greatness great.

Integrity, principles, devotion, and a righteous rule of law. These do not describe modern Americans.

They’ll continue to round people up in unmarked cars and disappear them to prisons.

Congratulations to USA for becoming a stereotypical Eastern European dictatorship.

Does the job description of being president of USA have this as a bullet point?

This is simply fascism. Corporations and the media in cahoots with the government. Its unacceptable, undemocratic, and will not end nicely.
