Amazon to stop selling 'hooligan e-bikes' in California
electrek.coInteresting. Where I live, the "hooligan" e-bikes are primarily owned and operated by groups of older retirees who refuse to separate themselves from pedestrians. When one mixes the two, any speed is dangerous.
