Bring Kindness Back to Open Source

I see in a lot of communities without mention anyone that there is a lot of people that actually rude with newbies and they link the lack of knowledge with the lack of intelligence, and I don't know what the relation between them, maybe this person has a knowledge in something else you don't actually have!
