Apple settles lawsuit admitting Apple Intelligence isn't here yet

Depending on how the things play out with some of these over-leveraged tech companies, Apple not going full bore and pushing out a half baked product might be the best thing for the stockholders long-term. Time will tell. AAPL is still up 37% since Apple Intelligence was announced.

I wonder if this will be leveraged into a class action for anyone who bought an iPhone 16, where the primary feature being sold was its AI-readiness.
