In Defense of AI Slop

We need a portmanteau for progress and propaganda. I like AI, and it meets my needs personally, but Arguments about AI’s inevitability “ignore it at your own peril”. Sound like religious evangelism. Im fine with people believing whatever they want to believe as long as they don’t push those beliefs onto everyone else.

Also isn’t there a weird game Theory incentives thing with data centers? My small town should holdout because my small town benefits from your small town building a datacenter. The positives are global, the negative externalities are all local.
