Not entirely surprised by that, but I am surprised that India is faring so poorly. It is the biggest democracy after all. South Africa and Namibia are bright spots.
“Biggest” in the sense of most populous, not “best at”!
RSF(and its older brother MSF) is probably the best thermometer for what the French strain of neoconservatism thinks. Not surprised.
Even if it's just a biased view, it's interesting to note that their view has changed. What about America's recent changes have altered the view of French neoconservatives?
(Or alternatively, has something changed for the French neoconservatives themselves?)
