New Rule on Web and Mobile Accessibility for State and Local Governments (2024)

State and local governments are required to follow WCAG 2.1 Level AA starting:

– April 24, 2026 for populations of 50,000 or greater

– April 26, 2027 for populations of 49,999 or less
