Inquired as to why the delete feature was gone and was told, that now all the conversations are part of your medical record. And who has access let alone who's selling those records? You want a private conversation with your doctor? Have it in person with them.

Doesn’t the doctor document everything talked about in MyChart? I’ve seen quite detailed notes in MyChart from in-person visits. Things I said that I didn’t think would be relevant to write down, were written down.
