Modularize Early, Please

This title jumped straight into my eyes. I know what I went through when I realised my files had thousands of lines. And I knew, I knew there was something important to do, but one small postponing "I'll do it next patch" and mid project I woke up to losing more than a day for the split then days for debugging what was broken.
