Israel passes law to give death penalty to Palestinians convicted lethal attacks

So is this a law based specifically on religion or ethnicity or skin color, or all the above?

I've always felt laws should be applied equally to all people without regard to those things.

It is lawful and moral to execute the officers of any standing army who orders the deliberate execution of civilians.
