No such thing as a shortage of workers, just a reluctance to train natives and pay them liveable wages. Note they mention "skilled workers" then show a lorry driver and a baker. Young Germans can drive lorries and bake bread. These aren't particularly skilled jobs. When I read "skilled worker" in my mind I think semiconductor expert from TSMC who has decades of expert knowledge and experience, not a lorry driver. No offense to any lorry drivers on here.
