Designing for People with Anxiety

Since most of the patterns discussed are gray-to-dark patterns used intentionally to create anxiety in order to push people into decisions they might not otherwise make and others (like short-lived MFA codes) have legit security purposes, I’m not sure who’s going to read this and change the way their site works.
