Show HN: Built the missing step before resume writing – reflect on your work

From my years of experience writing resumes professionally, I've noticed so many solid candidates undersell themselves. It's not like they haven't done nothing. It's just that they never practiced reflecting on their work. It's a skill, and nobody tells you it's part of the process!
So before you write a single bullet, talk through your work first.
