Can somebody explain to me how this does not exclude almost all FAANG from service delivery to the Pentagon? Because the reliance on agents of foreign influence risk in the sector AS A WHOLE is massive. Hence, the H1B thing.

I mean sure. This is a risk. So, put it in black and white: only US citizen labor force can supply services to the Pentagon. Sit back and watch the fire.

This is so obviously a vendetta against Anthropic. I will be extremely disappointed if Anthropic doesn't win this case.
