Ex-Uber self-driving chief crashes his Tesla on FSD, exposes supervision snafu

As somebody who has tested more than 3 dozen different AVs in the field, including by the aforementioned maker, I can attest to the dangers of having customers beta-test these on the road, and introduce unwanted risks to people who haven't signed up for it.
