I turned off 5 settings and my TV stopped spying on me

I turned off any possible spying by running my TV in "store" mode without any network connection.

It basically functions as a big dumb display for an attached mini-PC that I can control and use to add lots of "smarts" beyond anything the TV itself has to offer.
