CW Radio Signals Require Fix Faulty Equipment on Boeing 787s

This has nothing to do with amateur radio, despite what the article suggests without any proper basis.

The author has apparently conflated in-band interference by continuous wave carriers with the use of unmodulated carriers in an entirely different part of the spectrum by amateur radios to transmit Morse code.
