ICE agents reveal daily arrest quotas and surveillance app in court testimony

The father of three was nonetheless arrested by ICE in October when agents mixed him up with a different Victor Cruz, and he spent three weeks in detention before he was released. In an interview, he said he wanted to protect others and show that the government was not targeting “criminals and rapists”, as DHS has claimed.
