Well, we would have had this by now in the US, if eco-activists in the 60s and 70s hadn't pushed to change regulations to make it nearly impossible to invest in Nuclear.

The ironic part, is that these are the same people that want to solve climate change.

    America does have nuclear power. There's not more of it because America's infrastructure businesses decided to invest in drilling instead.

    Today America is a net exporter of gas and not one of the countries reevaluating nuclear in light of the Strait of Hormuz being closed.
