Publisher demands $500 from impersonated author to retract paper

Apart from paper publishing. Not likely to happen anytime soon, but wouldn't it be nice if all the creators of those fake AI impersonation channels on Youtube of about any celebrity and influential person, could be held legally accountable for that impersonation.
