I wonder if this word salad means our devices will "route around" if we don't hook to wifi or bluetooth?

Will our smart televisions not need to piggyback on our "consumer traffic" and just send ACR and ads on their own private/commercial connections?

nowadays all cars have sim cards. Will the technology cheapen this sort of thing so all devices will connect to 6G?
