Waking up early makes me achieve my goals while having enough time left in the day to do whatever I want without feeling guilty.

I had a colleague who learned I’d been waking up ant six. He asked me how he could start waking up early too. The answer? Go to bed early. (He was hoping for some trick and was quite disappointed in my answer)

Frankly if you’re going to bed early you’re probably not up for hours in the evening drinking like many people do. Simply shifting those evening hours to effective work in the working day is like a 30% boost on what everyone else is doing. (To say nothing of the saved brain cells— man I wish I’d stopped drinking in my twenties)

But hey, maybe it’s a myth.
