OpenAI, Pentagon add more surveillance protections to AI deal

I bet Anthropic is loving this. Their usage exploded over the weekend, and Monday + the stupid people in Pentagon keep delivering evidence for the inevitable lawsuit that Anthropic is now going to win.

If someone tells you they're going to handle US communications in a way that is consistent with the FISA Act, that is not a good thing.
