FDA approves swallowable weight-loss balloon as alternative to GLP-1 drugs

This sounds interesting. But we’ll only know if it’s useful if the side effects are better than those of GLP1s. Now there are a lot of lawsuits coming out due to patients experiencing severe side effects from GLP1s, and I think many regret taking them. Hard to judge these drugs early on.
