Could you please stop releasing new versions every 8 hours?
github.comMIT licence. As discussed in a previos post, the nice part of open source is that if you disagree with the maintainer, you can fork the project and people can follow your fork instead of the original one.
I thin a only fast-forward fork that updates only once a month is not had to do.
Frequent releases are very annoying, it's true. But unless automatic updates are being forced on you, nothing says you have to stay in sync with a project's update schedule.
It's not rare for updates to happen in the midst of work in progress. More than once have I started a work day or meeting to find that the software refused to work, either because it started an update right then and there or because it happened at night and broke something.
Yes, that's one of the main reasons why I loathe automatic updates.
