A Lack of Corporate Focus

Tech. is composed of a variety of people with skills that augment other employees. Mass-layoffs are a blatant sign of miss-management and lack of understanding of this basic principle.

> Windows needs to go back to the drawing board and Microsoft should bring back the testers it fired years ago, and focus solely on fixing bugs, UI issues and performance concerns.
