Judge rejects DOJ's initial attempt to bring charges against Don Lemon

The sheer hypocrisy over trying to claim that Lemon and other protestor's were infringing on "constitutional rights to freedom of religion" on the same day ICE is issuing memos directing their own agents to ignore Federal Court rulings would astound me, if it were any other administration.
