My Fitbit Buzzed and I Understood Enshittification

Not with fitbit, but this particular flavor of degradation -- nonsense notifications -- was incredibly irritating to me.

I rarely install apps anymore, but as a result of this, when I do then the first thing I do is to remove the app's permission to make notifications.
