Physicians see 1 in 6 patients as 'difficult,' study finds

So, psychiatric patients and people with personality disorders take more time to manage, which is difficult in a setting with limited time such as primary care, specially when they have to share their time with patients that have more dangerous and urgent health problems but that can be managed much much faster. I hope they didn't spend too much money on that.
