Magen: Same Keybindings in VSCode/VSCodium, Zed and Jetbrains IDEs

All the defaults hotkeys are removed/suppressed, you only get what you explicitly specified.

Currently the tool generates my own (emacs-ish) keymap. That's not enough for general adoption of course. The real value of the tool is the mappings collection. So, I hope to find some contributors.
